Arghavan Apartment

Arghavan Apartment design differs from an ordinary residential building to fulfill the client’s requests. Although there are only two facades (south and west facades) for this project, initially it has been tried to design a targeted building. Pushed and pulled lines of the facade lead to terraces, small gardens for upper floors and shades for lower floors creation.

Although these lines of motion appear to be random and complicated, they are in order and mainly in a vertical vector. Even the windowsills arrangement has been designed in coordination with these lines and setbacks. Facade materials consist of wood and ceramic to adjust the vapid geometry of the folding structure.

There are 6 units in each floor Arghavan Apartment in which there are only 2 typical plans, and the other 4 units have various areas and designs due to the involvement with the building’s body. The last floor has been dedicated to 3 penthouses.

The great generosity of this building for the street is to pull the facade into the property territory and make an attractive 3D building.
